Step 1: Check availability calendar for your date. Step 2: Fill out RSVP form Step. 3: Wait for email quote from Seattle Banquet Halls and approve it. Step 4: Reserve your date by putting $250 down. Step 5: Pay full remaining balance at least a month before event. Step 6: Host your event!

THIS IS OUR AVAILABILITY CALENDAR:

This is our availability calendar. Every blank date is available for rent. If you would like to request a date, please fill out the RSVP form.

Rates:

Fridays:

OPTION 1: 8-Hour Minimum

  • 💰 Rate: $700

  • 🧽 Refundable Cleaning Fee: $600

  • 📦 TOTAL DUE: $1,300
    (Includes venue use for 8 hours. Setup and event must occur in this time frame)

OPTION 2: All-Day Celebration (8AM – 12AM)

  • 💰 Rate: $950

  • 🧽 Refundable Cleaning Fee: $750

  • 📦 TOTAL DUE: $1,700
    (Full day of fun and time for setup!)

🚫 Important:
Music must end before 12AM
📣 Late music = $250 fine (deducted from deposit)

All rentals must obtain insurance which costs $105 additional

Saturdays:

OPTION 1: 8-Hour Minimum

  • 💰 Rate: $950

  • 🧽 Refundable Cleaning Fee: $650

  • 📦 TOTAL DUE: $1,600
    (Includes venue use for 8 hours. Setup and event must occur in this time frame)

OPTION 2: All-Day Celebration (8AM – 12AM)

  • 💰 Rate: $1,250

  • 🧽 Refundable Cleaning Fee: $850

  • 📦 TOTAL DUE: $2,100
    (Full day of fun and time for setup!)

    (Full day of fun and time for setup!)

Mondays through Thursdays:

8 hour minimum: $550*

OR

Special All Day 8am-10pm: $700*

Required (refundable) cleaning fee: $400 or if all day $600

*Party must end by 9pm ($250 fine from deposit if music continues after 9pm)

Holiday rates:

If a holiday falls on a week day (such as Christmas, Thanksgiving, etc) then the rate reverts to Sunday rates. 

Wedding Package:

All day Friday for setup and rehearsal PLUS all day Saturday.

$2000 plus $950 refundable cleaning fee.


Included with every rental:

  • A simple, five star experience from beginning to end.

  • Capacity: 100 max

  • Dimensions: 31' x 39' x 15'

  • Twelve 72” round tables

  • Seven 8ft long banquet tables (96" x 30")

  • 100 black padded chairs

  • High speed wireless internet

  • Parking on-site for up to 40 cars, additional overflow parking in surrounding neighborhood

  • Live music ok

  • Alcohol ok

  • Cook onsite in our spacious kitchen (or use whatever caterer you choose)

  • Fridge and freezer, two large large gas stove/ovens

  • Garbage dumpsters onsite
