Price/Rates:

Fridays:

8 hour minimum: $1000*

OR
Special All Day Friday Rate: $1250* for all day 8am to 12am

*Plus ADDITIONAL required (refundable) cleaning fee: $600 or if all day $750

(Example: if you rent 8 hours your cost would be $1000 + $600 for total of $1,600)

(Example: if you rent all day your cost would be $1250 + $750 for total of $2000)

All rentals must obtain insurance which costs $105 additional.

*Event must end before 12am ($250 fine from deposit if music continues after 12am)

Saturdays:

8 hour minimum: $1750*
OR
Special All Day Saturday Rate: $2100* for all day 8am to 12am

*Plus ADDITIONAL required (refundable) cleaning fee: $750 or if all day $950

(Example: if you rent 8 hours your cost would be $1750 + $750 for total of $2,500)

(Example: if you rent all day your cost would be $2100 + $950 for total of $3050)

All rentals must obtain insurance which costs $105 additional

Sundays:

8 hour time slot: $1275*

OR
Special All Day Sunday Rate: $1550* for all day 8AM to 11PM

*Plus ADDITIONAL required (refundable) cleaning fee: $700 or if all day $850

(Example: if you rent 8 hours your cost would be $1275 + $700 for total of $1,975)

(Example: if you rent all day your cost would be $1550 + $850 for total of $2,400)

All rentals must obtain insurance which costs $105 additional

*Event must end before 11pm ($250 fine from deposit if music continues after 11pm)

Mondays - THursdays:

The following rates apply to small gatherings, celebrations of life, corporate events under 50 people:

8 hour time slot: $550*

OR
Special All Day weekday rate: $800* for all day 8AM to 9PM

*Plus ADDITIONAL required (refundable) cleaning fee: $400 for 8 hours or if all day $550

*Event must end before 9pm ($250 fine from deposit if music continues after 9pm)

The following rates apply to large gatherings for birthdays, weddings, celebrations over 50 people:

8 hour time slot: $750*

OR
Special All Day weekday rate: $1000* for all day 8AM to 9PM

*Plus ADDITIONAL required (refundable) cleaning fee: $600 for 8 hours or if all day $750

*Event must end before 9pm ($250 fine from deposit if music continues after 9pm)

Non-profit rates:

If you represent a non-profit organization and want to rent between Monday-Thursday, we offer 30% off the normal weekday rate and a flat $300 refundable cleaning fee.

Holiday rates:

If a holiday falls on a week day (such as Christmas, Thanksgiving, etc) then the rate reverts to Sunday rates. 

Ceremony ROom:

To rent the ceremony room + bridal suite for a wedding ceremony: it is $800 in addition to regular rate and refundable cleaning fee increases to $1000. This room is not available for dancing, eating or anything other than wedding ceremonies.

Deluxe Wedding Package (without ceremony room):

(Dining room, chairs tables for up to 150 people, kitchen)  

Whole Friday (noon to midnight) + Whole Saturday (8am to 12am): $3000

Allows for plenty of decoration time, rehearsals, and peace of mind. 

Required (refundable) cleaning fee: $1000

Preparation room with bathroom (without ceremony room):

A private room for special guests away from the dining room. Includes two rooms and a bathroom: $375

All inclusive wedding package(with ceremony room):

(Ceremony Room, dining room, chairs and tables for up to 150 people, kitchen and private bridal suite)

Required (refundable) cleaning fee: $1000
