Non-refundable down payment towards your overall rental cost.  (The additional $6 covers the processing fees associated with PayPal.)  This payment is not refundable because you are making a commitment to rent the date which blocks it from other potential renters. 

 

Example: if your rental costs $500 with a $200 cleaning deposit ($700 total) then this reservation will cover your $200 cleaning deposit leaving a $500 balance due in full at least one week prior to your event.  If you cancel for any reason the $200 is forfeited.  

Do not pay for your reservation until you have filled out a RSVP which will confirm the date is available and you are aware of the costs.  (Click here to RSVP your date.)
